Employment Package:

• Up to $50/HR flat rate + weekly bonuses with flexible work schedules

Technician Responsibilities:

• all levels of technicians welcomed
• (education, certification, and advancement opportunities supported by the dealership)
• accurately & efficiently assess & diagnose customer concerns
• ensure all components & systems are working properly to isolate the cause of the problem
• perform the service work & repairs in accordance with the repair order & the dealership / manufacturer standards
• establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service advisors to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
• service managers empower technicians to execute their job responsibilities as the advisors and part dept. work to make the job more efficient, more effective & more rewarding

• operate independently as a rapidly as possible to repair / service the concern, & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors
