Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a PRN In Home Caregiver in Arcadia, WI. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job that requires the ability to work independently as an individual contributor. As a PRN In Home Caregiver, you will provide care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks and promoting their overall well-being.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to clients, including but not limited to meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and personal care tasks.
- Develop and maintain a supportive and trusting relationship with clients and their families.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
