Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Prentice, Wisconsin. This is an individual contributor role that offers part-time hours and a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semi-monthly. As a Prentice WI - PRN In-Home Caregiver, you will provide assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care services to individuals in Prentice, WI
- Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus
