Title: Men’s Locker Room Attendant/Bartender

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Team player who takes pride in themselves and their job performance.
• Maintains a positive work attitude and assists whenever possible.
• Become familiar with member’s names and greet them accordingly.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the locker room by mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces and assuring that the locker room remains tidy.
• Restocks supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, lotion, etc.
• Performs personal services such as shine shoes, brush clothes, replace golf shoe spikes, etc.
• Provides for the safety and security of all members’ and guests personal property.
• Maintains proper inventory of supplies including all bar stock.
• Enter members and guests drink orders in the Point-of-Sale system.
• Take drink orders from service staff and members.
• Maintains bar sanitation procedures in compliance with all health regulations.
• Prepare drinks as requested.
• Maintain consistent high service standards, as outlined in training.
• Issues towels, etc. to members and guests as needed.
• Cleans and empties garbage cans and baskets.
• Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules.
• Protects the integrity and reputation of Quail Hollow as a valued member of the team.
• Make sure bar runs efficiently; assisting servers as needed during high volume.
• Maintains communication between grill servers, locker room attendants, and other departments to maximize service standards at all levels.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Must be able to climb stairs.

· Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

· Constantly walks, stands, reaches, bends, sits, carries, pushing and pulling.

· Available on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Minimum of 1 year of customer service with bartending and food service experience.
