Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a Remediation Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing property damage remediation across our wide range of services. You will work closely with our property management clients to ensure that the remediation process is efficient, effective, and timely. Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who is confident in their knowledge of property repair and remediation.

For over 13 years, Superior has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services. We pride ourselves in delivering clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner for residents and homeowners. Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, interior and exterior painting, concrete driveways, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general repairs and carpentry, doors and windows, garage door repair and replacement, flooring (hardwood, vinyl, carpet, laminate), refinishing, kitchen and bath renovations, full rehabs, framing, drywall repair and replacement, texture match, locksmith, pressure washing, and carpet cleaning.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement property damage remediation across all of our services
  • Work closely with project managers to understand their remediation needs and expectations
  • Meet with clients onsite to assess damage and provide estimates
  • Schedule and coordinate work crews to carry out remediation projects
  • Manage budgets and timelines for remediation projects
  • Ensure that all remediation work is carried out to Superior's high standards of quality and safety
  • Monitor and report on progress of remediation projects to clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in property repair and remediation
  • General Liability Preferred
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Have all your own tools and reliable transportation
  • Live currently in the U.S
