Requirements:

The Big Tasks!

  • Train, improve and develop processes for a group of top-of-class plumbers.
  • Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.
  • Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the plumbing service department.
  • Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.
  • Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to achieve sales goals.
  • Coach, motivate and train the plumbing team to exceed team and individual goals.
  • Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
  • Mentor and develop the plumbers and dispatchers to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
  • Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
  • Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
  • Helping trainees become licensed- mentoring.
  • Manage schedule along with the dispatch department to help meet demand of company goals.
