Position Summary:

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Little Rock, Arkansas that shapes the future by designing and building military aircraft, business jets and space systems. We are looking for experienced Shop Floor Control Coordinator who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!

Essential Functions:

• Load/capacity monitoring of assigned area
• Monitoring and tracking performance of assigned area to the Industrial Master Schedule (IMS)
• Coordination of logistics between assigned area and its customers and suppliers
• Expediting and resolution of problems concerning IMS production orders
• Process Improvement

Requirements:

• Associate degree, completed, relevant education may be substituted for years of relevant work experience. 1 year of education = 2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum two (2) years experience in the aircraft production/manufacturing field
• Working knowledge of schedules and flow charts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word)
• Analytical skills
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.
