Compensation: $48,500/ annually Salaried Exempt employee A Plus for Immediate Consideration (with other qualifications): Project Management experience coordinating planning, processes, and people, Experience being the Trainer and delivering the training experience to adult learners, Experience working with a Learning Management System, Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design Technology or strongly related field 2+ years post-graduate experience An excellent ability to apply the principles of Adult Learning Theory to learning design and delivery Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) Strong Project Management skills and experience Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment Strong attention to detail Superior skills in English language and writing/ editing for excellence in grammar, formatting, punctuation, style, and accuracy Excellence in written and verbal communication/ conflict management skills Applicable Knowledge Qualifications Responsibilities include developing learning materials for in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments and managing LMS.
