Overview:

This position encompasses responsibilities at the Gallagher Global Headquarters Campus in Rolling Meadows.  

 

This position reports to the Manager of Facilities and the main responsibility for this role is to operate our Copy Center and equipment within to receive, process, and submit for delivery, jobs submitted to the copy center.

Responsibilities:

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Receive copy jobs via Digital Storefront, our web based copy job entry system
  • Confirm with customers if there any questions on submission
  • Process copy job according to submission, for example black & white, color, and tabs. This includes different finishing procedures such as stapling, edge binding, spiral binding, 3 hole punch, and laminated
  • Process jobs according to submission/completion time. Occasional “trumping” due to needed turn around or for Executive leadership
  • Print instructions for shipping dept to deliver
  • Order and maintain supplies needed for all processes
  • Work with vendors and IT as needed for operation, updates, etc
  • Maintain daily log of jobs for charge back
  • Assist with mailroom processes during any down time. This includes processing incoming/outgoing mail via machines and electronically.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma and 2 years related experience required.

Desired:

  • Production copier center experience preferred
  • Solid communication skills, service with a smile is a must
  • Display courteous customer service as you deal with employees, including leadership and executive assistants
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs
  • True self starter. Take the initiative to complete jobs and manage daily workflow to meet timeline. Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team to meet goals and expectations
  • High school diploma
  • 40 hrs per week, on site from 8am -5pm CST
