Apply today to join a team that offers career growth, amazing benefits and the chance to work with leading industry professionals.Minimum Qualifications  Juris Doctor (JD) degree  Preferred Qualifications  2+ years of legal experience.  2+ years of legal compliance experience.2+ years mortgage servicing experience.Job Summary As Associate Counsel, you'll work as part of the Legal team on matters involving many types of law and compliance, such as business law, contractual agreements, regulatory compliance and any type of law pertaining to that specific business. Specifically, working with the servicing business to ensure that existing and emerging legislation is appropriately documented in policies, procedures and processes comply with regulatory compliance (e.g. RESPA, Reg X, Homeowners Protection Act, etc.)Responsibilities Prepare legal documents and summaries to inform leadership of regulatory requirements.
