DutiesLeads a team of requirements personnel to carry out the planning and development of requirements that support capability development and acquisition.Lead development of capabilities-based or material requirements based on analysis of scenarios and modeling for public health consequences of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN) threat agents or emerging infectious diseases (EIDs), or conventional disaster scenarios.Lead or support development of legal and regulatory policy solutions such as Public Health Emergency declarations, Emergency Use Declarations or PREP Act declarations for medical countermeasure use during response to CBRN incidents or EIDs.Leads development of analyses of alternatives (AoAs) through analytical comparison of identified alternatives, operational effectiveness of clinical approaches, MCM alternatives, or other DOTMLPF solutions (measures of effectiveness against CBRN and EID scenarios).Requirements Conditions of EmploymentU.S. Citizenship requiredRegistered or exempt from Selective Service (www.sss.gov)If not previously completed, a background security investigation will be required for all appointees.
