Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this center provides full spectrum family practice care to people who live and work in their community. This site is innovative, collaborative and cohesive. The position offers great quality of work/life balance with four 10-hour days, no in-patient duties and occasional telephone call backup to the after-hours triage service. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in family medicine practicing in a primary care setting; able to utilize a template based EMR (NextGen); has an unrestricted Colorado license, as well as an active DEA, and is comfortable seeing all ages, and averages 22 patients per day. Must have a strong desire to make a difference in the community. Must embrace a team-oriented approach and be comfortable working with and overseeing Physician Assistants and providing collaboration with Nurse Practioners.
