Partnering with DW Global Operations team, legal representatives, Global Supply Management, Information Security, Vendor Representatives and SSI directors.· Partnering with the centralised Global Asset Management team and accountable for Quality assurance, strategy, policies, audits, exceptions, projections, communication, procurement, projects and coordinating with the local operations Directors and teams.Are you up for the challenge?Responsibilities:o Ensuring regional adherence to global policies and regular auditso Responsible for all regional procurement activitieso Maintain relationships across all internal/external stakeholders (Global Asset Management, Regional Depots, Vendors, Info Security, Global Supplier Manageo Responsible to develop and ensure market adherence to Global Playbook processeso Identifies regional nuances and potential exceptions to playbook - works with GAM Operations Manager to determine course of action and documento Influences processes across lifecycle particularly addressing end user needs in the regiono Perform all regional procurement activities (i.e., ordering, SOW, PO management)o Spearheads communication and coordination with regional stakeholders and serves as a conduit in that feedback loop to and from GAM teamo Develop internal data quality assurance and assess future asset investment opportunities, including value-add and expense savings investments that could impact asset investment hold strategies and timing.o Establish and maintain positive relationships with Technology vendor and internally sourced business partnerso Partner closely with key partners within the organization to translate interpersonal needs into contractual termso Monitor vendor and in-sourced performance against evaluation criteria defined within contracts and internal business partnerso Lead the analysis of vendor and/or internal metrics and provide relevant reports to constituents (e.g., business users, vendor management peers, Technology leaders)o Execute the process for application of service credits and/or penalties, and/or volume discountso Strong people leadership is needed to help shepherd the global team through a major asset management transformation.o Develop internal data quality assurance and assess future asset investment opportunities, including value-add and expense savings investments that could impact asset investment hold strategies and timing.o Identify key performance indicators (KPI) for asset portfolio performance and identifies controls to measure team effectiveness and adherence to policies and procedures and creates reports to GAM team to provide transparency.Skills· Prior relevant work experience in Vendor Management, asset management, financial management, data analysis, and IT services.· University Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience· Deep knowledge of production operations, automation and process improvement.· Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset, innovative approach, building relationships and developing talent.Minimum Qualifications· Typically holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has the equivalent work experience).· Around 10 plus years of relevant IT work experience plus at least 6 years of people management experience· Knowledge across multiple business and/or technical environments, covering a large range of business functions and capabilities.· Financial acumen in terms of monitoring, controlling and reporting budget expenditure.· Strong ownership mindset, positive approach, passion for innovation, lead by example and drive for excellence.QualificationsSalary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
