Join us and help us continue to grow and build on our success.What You Will Be Doing- Handling lawsuits from filing of complaint through judgment.- Collaborating with internal restructuring and accounting teams with respect to preparing matters for litigation. - Assisting with pre-litigation matters in coordination with team to resolve defaults and other disputes. - Engaging and supervising external local counsel to handle out of state matters including recovery of collateral, domesticating and collecting upon MA judgments and any other applicable litigation. - Assisting with other legal matters, including bankruptcy and insolvency, as necessary. - Managing out-of-state dockets. - Advising and providing legal analysis to business executives with regard to status of and strategy surrounding MA and out of state litigation.What You Need for this Position- JD from a nationally recognized law school.- Licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. - 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
