Clinical Educator - Staff Development - FT - Day Shift

Responsible for the development and delivery of nursing education in specialty areas from basic to advanced practice levels.  Evaluate academic performance and clinical competency of staff.  Collaborate/lead policy and procedure development. 

Salary Range: $36.61-$49.53

EDUCATION

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Masters of Nursing Degree preferred
2. Experience: 3-5 years nursing experience with a varied clinical background           
3. Required Certification: State RN license preferred; BLS, ACLS, PALS certification; current BLS Instructor card within two months of employment
4. Required License: Washington State Drivers License.  Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company      vehicles for LHN business purposes. 
5. Other: Bilingual and/or English/Spanish-Speaking preferred.  Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
6. Preferred; Nursing Professional Development Certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Normal daytime hours; however, will work at other times as necessary to assure delivery of services.
