Hourly pay: $30-35
Hours: 12am - 8am, but will train on 1st shift for several weeks.
Location: Newton
Industry: MFG Printing, Packaging, Labeling

Job Description:
- Plan and perform preventative scheduled maintenance to maintain production equipment, utility, and tools.
- Analyze downtimes and implement countermeasure or action plan to prevent from recurrence.
- Assist production department in maintaining adequate reliability and up-time.
- Work closely with colleagues to implement continuous improvement throughout the production plant.
- Assist manufacturing in implementing corrective actions in a timely manner, if associated with equipment modifications or facilities issues.
- Assist production to improve process, methods, equipment and materials.
- Control all spare parts to be able to maintain and repair equipment when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Must Have:
- Strong Electrical, from 24V machine controls to 480V facility maintenance.
- Mechanically sound knowledge
- Self-motivated individual that can work independently or with a team
- Eager to learn and grow.
