Job Description
Barzotto in San Francisco, CA is looking for one host/hostess to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 1270 Valencia St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Setting up front counter/bar area, putting menus together, making sure your station is clean and tidy
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome and abiding by our reservation policies
- Checking Vaccine card and ID
- Estimating wait time for guests, adding guests to waitlist, answering the phone
- Managing takeout orders that are being picked up
- Managing RESY with table turns, reservations, waitlist and more
- Assisting Servers with drink orders, gelato dessert, coffee
*pay will be based on experience
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Hosting experience is preferred
- Flexible availability if coverage is needed
- Barista Experience preferred
- RESY (reservation app) Experience preferred
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills, and a team player
