ABOUT US:Baystate Mobile Veterinary Services, privately owned and operated, and operating separately from The Overlook, was established in 2009 with the mission to provide the members of our community with high quality, personalized, and convenient pet care in a comfortable and caring home environment. We will be the veterinary clinic of choice by combining progressive treatments and full-service veterinary visits. We take pride in our dedication to the highest standards in veterinary medicine and our ability to treat clients’ pets as if they were our own. Most importantly, we do our best to give you friendly, caring answers to help you fully understand your pet’s condition and make the best decisions possible for them. Baystate Mobile Veterinary Services, in 2023, has partnered with The Overlook, establishing a physical site on The Overlook’s property, as we support their initiative to be a more “open campus.”

Baystate Mobile Veterinary Services is not your traditional veterinary practice. We are both; a mobile house-call veterinary practice and brick-and-mortar stationary hospital. For mobile visits to see your companion pets, we operate in a large, RV-based mobile clinic. We offer a wide range of veterinary services, with the benefit that we can also come to you!

Advantages:

  • No stressful car rides.
  • No exposure to other sick or reactive pets.
  • No white coat anxiety.
  • Individualized attention.
  • Most pets do not even realize they are being visited by a veterinarian—they just think we are “over-interested company.”
  • Comprehensive appointments- we take the time that we need to make you and your pet feel at ease.
