Facility and Equipment Technician (Stanwood)

Join a growing company in Stanwood, WA, as a Building Maintenance Technician available through Express Employment Professionals of Everett! This full-time, permanent position offers day shift hours Monday to Friday.

As the Building Maintenance Tech, you'll be responsible for various maintenance tasks, including painting, woodwork, general repairs, and upkeep.

We are looking for candidates with basic experience in carpentry, general electrical repairs (outlets, switches, fixtures), drywall installation, painting, and some landscaping skills. Whether you've gained this experience at home or on the job, proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools is essential. Throughout the shift, you can expect to handle lifting tasks of 25 - 50lbs.

This is an evaluation hire with an attractive starting pay of $24 per hour, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more once you're hired on permanently.
