  • Estimated annual base pay: $69,000 (minimum) - $87,200 (midpoint) - $104,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Senior Buyer, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Senior Buyer creates reviews and maintains valid plans of material and manages the supply base in order to meet

What You Will Be Doing

*Develops and execute strategies for negotiation of purchase order terms: price, delivery, expedites, etc.

  • Conducts post award supplier management with a strong focus on internal customer support (Message Mgt)

  • Works with internal and external suppliers to resolve material issues (shortages, emergency customer demands, etc.)

  • Monitors and maintains inventory levels in alignment with business unit goals

  • Reviews, anticipated shortage reports and acts upon anticipated delays

  • Reviews, analyzes, and implements changes to supply based on the outcome of monthly SIOP meeting and replenishment targets to support "pull" system

What We Are Looking For

  • U.S. Bachelor's degree orinternational equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent experience required

  • 5 + years of previous buying, material planning and/or production planning experience preferred

  • Manufacturing processes knowledge preferred

  • APICS (Association of Production and Inventory Control Society) or CPSM/CPM (Certified Professional in Supply Management/Certified Purchasing Manager) preferred
