So, what will you be doing all day? You would join us as a Project Manager working on things like...

Oversees and coordinates all aspects of project execution and client experience.
Develops project proposals, contracts and project budgets; may support proposal development on larger/more complex projects.
Plans and coordinates project deliverables.
Manages client service and project communication.
Monitors and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
Responsible for overall project performance.
Contributes to efforts to improve performance and ensure consistent adherence to applicable quality standards.
Monitors project quality expectations
Understands the scope of work and fees to mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle.
Recognizes project conflicts and proactively works with stakeholders to resolve.
Serves as the primary project/program contact and brand ambassador.
Proactively advises, coaches and mentors less experienced Designers, Engineers, or Project Managers, providing oversight or guidance on project execution and communication.
Makes recommendations to practice, operations and/or technical leadership to align training, development and mentoring of project staff.

Travel for site visits as needed.

We'd love for you to apply for this position if you...

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred. 4 years of relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry will be considered in lieu of requisite education.
8 years of relevant experience required, including a minimum of 4 years cumulative of project management experience.
Proficiency in project management standards and execution required.
Have a passion for solidifying and nurturing current client and staff relationships.
Possess excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
Are organized, detail-oriented, and have a high focus on client/customer service.
Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines and meeting client's needs for responsiveness while maintaining quality design.

Preferred Qualifications...

Possess a project management certification is a bonus but certainly not required.
Possess a P.E. (Professional Engineer) license is a bonus but certainly not required.
Have experience with Bluebeam would be highly preferred.
