Job Summary

(Essential Functions) Responsible for the member's satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Job Tasks/Duties & Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: Review the reservation list to ensure that every member has an assigned table. Check all menus daily to ensure proper cleanliness and insertion. Answer the telephone and take any additional reservations. Greet and seat the members, presenting them with menus. Take a beverage order when necessary Chart the ETA of the member dining experience Record grille room vs. dining room covers Any other duties/requests that a supervisor has instructed.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods and walking requires climbing stairs, balancing, stopping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, and twisting or reaching. Continuous repetitive motions, standing, walking, and lifting. Ability to lift 10 - 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs as needed. Ability to move dining room furniture to meet floor plan design changes for dining needs. Physical resolve to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments. Ability to work outside in the typical climate conditions and temperatures of Florida. The work schedule includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet dining operational needs. Work shifts will vary, subject to lunch, dinner, and special events. Early breakfast event shift start time, 6:30 a.m., may be required occasionally, typically 4-6 times a year.
