Job Description:

Soliant is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis in Bayard, NM or surrounding areas. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals by providing top-notch occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to address clients' unique needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current and valid state licensure in Michigan.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
