About this job

We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. Candidates with TRACKHOE experience in PIPELINE work and have the skill to dig main line trenches for GAS, WATER, FIBER OPTIC and SEWER are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment, such as track hoes or loaders, in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator, with specific experience operating track hoes.
Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
