Job Duties

Overseeing and serving as a resource to the direct care staff
Supporting the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
Directing patient care when necessary and/or assigned
Protecting residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations
Documenting resident care services by charting in patient and department records
Promoting continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

What's Required to Work at Fairview?

Valid RN License in the state of Pennsylvania
Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required
Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care
Problem solving & customer service skills
Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care
