Position Summary:

Assists with the coordination of nursing functions and activities of the Neurosurgery clinic in collaboration with
the Medical Director and Clinic Manager.
Reports to: Director
FLSA: Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Works with internal and external resources to plan, set up, and coordinate patient activities.
Designs, evaluates, and recommends program and policy development.
Develops, promotes, and evaluates marketing departmental services and outreach activities.
Develops and maintains relationships with community referral resources.
Develops and coordinates staff development/education activities.


Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
Graduated from LPN program


Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.


Certifications:
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)


Licenses:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in State of Michigan


Minimum Work Experience
10 years neurosurgery experience
