Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to and implementation of Company Safety and Work rules.
- Perform inspection operations in various areas, including Final Inspection, Heat Treat Inspection, Plating Inspection, Receiving QC Inspection, Pre/Post OSP Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and First Article Inspection.
- Create nonconformance documentation (NCRs) for discrepancies detected at any inspection stage and remove discrepant material from production areas.
- Maintain and support SQDC metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost) in assigned areas.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Person with US permanent residence (US Citizen or Green card holder).
- 2-3 years of Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing accountability.
- Thorough knowledge of AS9102 (FAI’s) First Article Inspection process, and Quality Planning tools (including SPC, GR&R, Cpk, GD&T, DMAIC, First Piece Inspection, Cost of Quality).
- Strong application knowledge of calibration and metrology systems, including the development, improvement, and approving gauging methodologies and design.
