Cook I Prepares menu dishes following established recipes and undesignated ingredients that meet production and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Cook food products for patients, café, catering functions, and doctor’s lounge. Maintain high quality, proper temperatures and garnish all plates.
• Coordinates with the Production Chef and Food Service Coordinators to ensure scheduled meal preparation and/or meal delivery.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 or more years of experience.

Job Details:

• Starting at: $16/hr.
• Shifts: 6:00am- 6:00pm - Days/shifts may vary, includes rotating weekends.
• Temporary position with a possibility of obtaining future shifts.
