Maintenance Tech – Up to $20/hr – 1st Shift – Elkhart, IN

Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma
- Machine set-up
- Machine building
- Electrical knowledge
Skills:
- Ability to make decisions and take action.
- Ability to operate/use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical abilities.
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of process and flow of work.
In this role, you would be responsible for proactive and reactive installation and maintenance of the electrical systems,
minimizing breakage and“downtime” due to malfunctioning equipment and machinery. Primarily responsible for assisting in the
maintenance and repair of various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveying
systems/types of industrial equipment for the processing plant.
