Summary of Position

You are the heart and soul of our rooftop operation. You are a true artist and storyteller, and creating the craft cocktail is how you present your artistry to the world. Our calling is to create high-end, luxury cocktails with the finest worldwide sourced ingredients, and you have the passion and sophistication to bring the experience to life.

As Bartender, you will:

• Bring our luxury, unique, hand-crafted cocktails to life, with your attention to detail and excellence in execution

• Work in fast-paced environment, where you will demonstrate a genuine desire to deliver true hospitality and create authentic guest connections

• Bring your unique personality to the team

Keys to Success

• 2+ years' experience as a professional bartender in a high-volume lounge, bar, or bar focused restaurant is REQUIRED

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with premium spirits and wines

• Craft cocktail experience is Preferred, but not required

• Charisma, showmanship, and the true desire to help guests enjoy their experience

Techo Beso meaning rooftop kiss is inspired by the energy and culture of love found in South America. The main bar space gathers the guests into a communal atmosphere of party and excitement with the DJ elevated to connect this area to pool deck a few steps up. The pool connects the guests to the second terrace bar giving libations and service to the lounge area above. Designed as a separate world from the surrounding environment below Techo Beso sets the guests on a perch with magnificent views of San Diego while engrossing them in a world of their own. The fabrics and materials chosen add to the allure of the space both day and night. Techo Beso is a destination for both neighbors and travelers embracing them a rooftop kiss.
