Job Summary:
We are seeking a medical professional who excels at providing top notch customer service, while operating in a fast paced environment to provide patient care second to none! This role works in conjunction with our Clinic team which consists of Medical Assistants, Physicians, and other medical staff. This person will ensure that patients are assisted in the most professional manner as this role may be the first point of contact a patient will interact with while here at our facility. This role will provide support and value to their team members in order to help the Clinic operate efficiently. Candidates will have a strong ability to communicate, operate independently, and have a history of successful customer service experience.

Duties:
  • Perform data entry through Electronic Medical Record system
  • Maintain medical records and patient confidentiality
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and acts as operator for the Hospital
  • Greets and interacts with patients in a friendly and polite manner
  • Establishes and builds relationship with patients
  • Other Administrative duties as needed such as register patients and schedule appointments
  • Ability to multitask and move between responsibilities in fluid manner
  • Adheres to Jcaho hospital standards and PolicyStat policies
  • Monitors supplies and inventory as needed

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • Previous experience is preferred, specifically within a Healthcare setting
  • Must be able to achieve CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to show superior patient care.
  • Proven excellence in patient safety and care
  • Friendly, empathetic & respectful
  • Reliable in work results, timeliness & attendance
  • Ability to relate to and work effectively with a wonderfully diverse populace
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, and stressful environment while maintaining positive energy
