Position Overview: As a Postpartum and Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers, facilitating safe deliveries, and ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby during the postpartum period. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

About UsWe are a specialty unit that thrives on great teamwork, patient safety, and unit culture.We have 11 beds for Labor & Delivery, 2 operating rooms, 2 PACUs and 17 beds for Mother & Baby.Working in this unit provides opportunities to experience different areas of care (triage, labor, PP, and OR). We also help support our Maternal Child Units (NICU and Pediatrics).• We staff to AWHONN guidelines• Mother Baby ratio 1:3 couplets• Holiday groups (never work the same holiday back-to-back)

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Experience: 1+ year RN Experience, previous PP or L&D preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
