Position Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting the efforts of the waitpersons and management in serving the guest.

**Tipped eligible position.

Job Functions / Scope of Authority

• Greeting of customers, maintains cleanliness of restaurant
  
• Provides continuous flow of supplies to bus station
  
• Helps with clean-up and set up of private parties
  
• Assist waitperson in serving water and coffee
  
• Wipes silverware and insures that all supplies are clean and ready for use
  
• Assist waitpersons in getting the dining room ready for business
  
• Takes soiled dishes to dishwashing area
  
• Racks glassware in appropriate place
  
• Maintain restaurant equipment, chairs, tables, floors, as needed
  
• Sort soiled linen and deliver to appropriate place
  
• Attend all department meetings; perform other duties as assigned

Working Environment / Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
  
• Good customer service skills, multi-tasked oriented
  
• No experience required
  
• Must be 16 years or older
