Job Description


The Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**


As a/an Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will:


+ Provide inbound customer support.


+ Help customers resolve technical issues.


+ Assist in correcting billing concerns.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**


Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:


+ 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED


+ Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office


+ You will be expected to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.


+ Able to speak, write and understand English which will be confirmed by an assessment
