**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**

As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative, you will:

+ Provide inbound customer support.

+ Help customers resolve technical issues.

+ Assist in correcting billing concerns.

+ Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.

+ Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

+ Strong customer service orientation

+ At least 6 months of experience

+ Required High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

+ Typing speed of 35 wpm minimum

+ Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, preferred
