Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Chapel Hill & Lake Area, Warrenton NC (New Grads are Welcome to Apply!!)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Shift- 8 AM to 5 PM - Mon to Fri

Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Worker. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy sessions. The Social Worker will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participate in case conferences and staff meetings, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
They will attend to patients who are children and adults.
They need to start working in 2-3 weeks.

Qualifications:

• Clinical Social Work skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy sessions

• Experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders, mental illness, and substance abuse

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empat1hy, compassion, and dedication to supporting individuals on their journey of recovery

• Current license to practice Social Work in North Carolina( required)

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
