Production Operators

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Participate in automated line production, including cleaning, preventative maintenance, material movement, and packaging processes.
• Follow safety protocols, GMP production documentation, and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Assist in conducting first article inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members to address technical problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following cleanliness monitoring procedures.
• Support material requisition for daily production needs and outflows of completed parts.
• Complete production documentation accurately and organize records.
• Participate in daily staff stand-up meetings to align with production goals and safety initiatives.
• Perform general preventative maintenance on production line equipment, as directed by the Automation Operator Lead.

Work Environment:

The work environment is representative of a clean room/dry room and highly technical manufacturing line, requiring adherence to safety protocols and flexible work hours to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2 or more years of related experience in a technical automation manufacturing environment or equivalent related manufacturing or technical experience.
• Knowledgeable of federal regulations (QSR’s, ISO, ISO 13485, CMDR).
• Experience with high complexity, semi-automated production equipment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and software systems used in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to perform manufacturing operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, Documentation Practices.
