Clinical Supervisor, IHT

Summary

The IHT (In-Home Therapy) Clinical Supervisor provides administrative and clinical support to IHT staff, including assisting the Program Director with the execution of her/his duties and furthering RISE’s clinical responsibilities and strategic objectives. Also, The IHT Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical consultation for cases worked in other programs as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides weekly clinical supervision to IHT staff
• Reviews and signs off on documentation completed by unlicensed staff under their supervision
• Participates in and helps lead all IHT staff meetings
• Assists with onboarding and training of all new IHT staff
• Completes diagnostic screening interviews as assigned by the Program Director
• Receives weekly supervision from the Program Director
• Serves as backup/clinical support for therapists and monitors as needed
• Conducts internal file audits to ensure compliance with MBHP requirements and Rise’s standards
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies
• All other duties assigned by Program Director

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Licenses

• Master’s degree in a clinical mental health field (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling) x
• Independently licensed in a mental health field (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, licensed psychologist) for a minimum of 6 months
• 4+ years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents, including trauma-informed care. Experience completing diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans
• Valid driver’s license
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirement or receive an approved exemption

Must have excellent time management skills and be able to communicate and instill this in others. Natural collaborator. Identify the need for and adapt to changes in strategies on a proactive basis as well as those responsive to direction from managerial staff.

Other Requirements
