Accounts Receivable Clerk - Starting at 17$/Hour

Aviation Parts Executive is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. As a leading provider of top-notch aviation parts and components, the company is dedicated to ensuring that aircraft soar safely and efficiently. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be an essential member of the team, ensuring that proper billing practices are in place and communication with customers is timely and efficient. The successful candidate will have a passion for finance and accounting, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM - Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Work location: In-Person

Salary: $17-19 Per Hour

• Generating and sending invoices to customers
• Recording and reconciling customer payments
• Communicating with customers to resolve billing inquiries
• Ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on delinquent accounts
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve accounts receivable processes

Requirements

• Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with reconciling accounts
• Proficiency in English, MS Office, shared Google docs, proficiency in Spanish a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration a plus
