Job Details

Position: Server

Location: Saginaw, MI

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time available. 5 days a week, rotating weekends, rotating holidays

Hours: 6:30am-2:00pm and 3:00pm-7:30pm

Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of our company and responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Providing guests with information about our products and services
- Assisting guests with any needs or inquiries
- Resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Proactively seeking feedback from guests to improve their experience
- Attend all training sessions

Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
