Having been a leader in wellness in the DC area for over 16+ years, we are looking for top-notch candidates to join our team and provide exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. Our team is at the heart of our business and what truly makes The Still Point experience noteworthy and unique. We pride ourselves in providing a work environment that you look forward to coming to. Candidate Profile:

• Current Maryland Esthetician license
  
• At least 5 years experience in a spa environment
• Availability to work nights and/or weekends. Our current need is Weds, Fri, Sat & Sunday
• A passion for healing and wellness, including experience in organic and natural product or desire to become a natural toxin-free skincare expert
• A passion for recommending customized homecare suggestions after each appointment
• A desire to make an impact on guests and team members
• A desire to build a return clientele and understanding of what it takes to grow a practice
• Ability to problem solve and create solutions in a timely manner
• Personal characteristics reflective of The Still Point: positive attitude, service-oriented, a passion for wellness, flexible, and a team player
