Customer Service Representative-Bi-Lingual Spanish

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE -Bi-Lingual (59440)

HOURS:  In-office, or potential hybrid schedule after training
Business hours are 8:15 am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday

PAY RATE: $19.50/hr

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious safety and training company in Syracuse, NY to find a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer a high volume of telephone calls with superior customer service
• Enter registration information into database
• Follow call script protocol when registering students into classes
• Make outbound calls as needed to customers regarding class cancellations, schedule audit, problems with enrollment, etc.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve customer issues
• Open and process returned mail
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent phone/communication skills
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Experience in a call center environment, desired
• Strong computer skills, Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
