Job Summary
VSolvit is seeking a Sr. Level SharePoint / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst to support our Government Client in Crystal City, Virginia. We provide reliable Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM platforms as a service to its customer base to host a variety of mission applications, collaboration, business intelligence, and workflows. Our team operates, maintains, assimilates, and upgrades multiple SharePoint and CRM instances. We examine and rationalize the existing content and customizations in the SharePoint production farms with the intent of migration to future generation environments.
Role
As a Microsoft SharePoint Analyst / Dynamic Customer Relations Management (CRM), you will be using cutting edge SharePoint technologies such as to deliver the best solutions to our clients. An Interim Secret Clearance is required.This position is hybrid. Must have the ability to come on site to the DC metro area once day each week.
As with any position, additional expectations exist. Responsibilities
Provide front-end support to end users of the SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 farms
Resolve Incident & Work Order tickets related to SharePoint/CRM using OOB functionality (Tier II Support)
Help oversee Tier 2 SP Analyst support activities as a senior member of the team
Coach other Analyst on best practices and issue resolution
Work closely with the Analyst Team Lead to ensure deadlines are met
Work with the Development teams to facilitate migrations to the SharePoint Online environment
Submit and track CRQs, Incidents & Work Orders as needed and work with Service Partners to resolve
Participate in ECRB & CAB meetings as necessary to prepare for the implementation of change requests
Provide SP/CRM on-prem and O365 migration support, leading migrations
Produce morning & evening site checks on status of SP and CRM environments
Ensure Analyst processes are in line with JSP SharePoint governance
Provide input for SharePoint/CRM SOPs or guidance as needed
Basic Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and solve problems
Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements into system functionality within the SharePoint framework
Comprehensive experience with SharePoint configuration through the web UI
Experience in the implementation of SharePoint collaboration tools (forums/issue lists, document/form libraries, etc.) and the ability to seamlessly integrate with other Microsoft tools
SharePoint specific required skills (through the web UI): customizing web parts and web part pages; creating sites, document libraries, lists and views; search and taxonomies; Office/InfoPath integration; and reporting functions
Troubleshooting experience, working through various technical issues related to SharePoint or dependencies
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SharePoint Designer & InfoPath
Minimum of 3 years ofExperience with SharePoint 2013, 2019, and SharePoint Online
Minimum of 5 years ofExperience with SharePoint migrations
Interim Secret Clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an O&M or helpdesk type environment (Remedy Ticketing System)
Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps)
Minimum of 3 years ofExperience with Dynamic 365
Bachelor’s degree preferred
