ACH Support Specialist Oklahoma City, OK Onsite Position BancFirst Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City 100 N. Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73102 Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F POSITION SUMMARY This position performs operational activities supporting the creation, modification and transmission of Automated Clearing House (ACH) files. Additionally this position supports implementation and billing related activities for new and existing ACH originators as well as other duties assigned by the supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Process Automated Clearing House (ACH) files to and from The Federal Reserve Bank and meet established deadlines Assist ACH Originators with processing and file related questions Process ACH Exception Items Process incoming and outgoing ACH Returns (NSF, Unauthorized, Stop Payment, etc.) according to regulations and established policies and guidelines Research and respond to ACH transaction disputes Maintain current understanding of all ACH processing rules that includes return timeframes, notification of change, error resolution and reclamations Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
