We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part - time Hotel Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Hotel Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our hotel facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.


Maintenance Person Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform and maintain work to local, state, and Federal codes.
  • Perform preventative and repair maintenance to all areas of the hotel
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively
  • Respond to Guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain guest rooms furniture fixtures and walls
  • Keep the mechanical and electrical hotel equipment in good working condition
  • Maintain indoor pool to be in compliance with health codes
  • Snow Removal
  • Keep parking lot and outdoor areas free of litter

Requirements:

Maintenance Technician Requirements Include:

  • Basic handyman skills and ability to recognize personal limits
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC & carpentry
  • Pool Operator Certification a plus
  • Ability to communicate and work well with other departments
  • Have a friendly, courteous, service oriented demeanor
  • Comfort with physically demanding work for 8 hour shift
  • Personable, Service-Centric attitude
  • Accountability and Reliability critical to success
