What You'll Do:

This position is responsible for supporting our Workday ERP technology to enhance and unify Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. The Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst (ERP Analyst) will assist providing Workday centralized support for all Credit Union departments. The ERP Analyst will work with the ERP Manager to help carry out department Workday requests, troubleshooting and day to day ERP management. The ERP Analyst is ideally suited for a dynamic team player with strong technical and communication skills that is passionate about making a difference.

Essential Functions:

  • Consults with business units to determine ERP requirements and resources
  • Assess functional requirements and initiates complex installations of ERP technology that meet interdepartmental needs
  • Communicates between business/technical teams to ensure alignment on goals, project priorities, and delivery dates
  • Ensures and maintains cross functional access to ERP system
  • Utilizes ERP Integration methodologies to assist with mapping business processes to ERP modules (typically with assistance from consultants or vendors) and administers user acceptance testing
  • Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues with all things ERP related
  • Knowledge of ERP languages and communicates with programmers and other specialists on matters of file design, testing, storage, access and related activities.
  • Assist in developing all Workday training and support for end-users and stakeholders
  • Assist with preparation of technical and training manuals to represent the Workday system as well as any relevant ERP functions
  • Analyze data processing modules and assist with identifying areas of enhancements and improvements
  • Assist with requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, user acceptance testing, documentation, and support
  • Provide timely ERP user assistance and support by resolving issue help desk tickets to ensure operational continuity
  • Support successful ERP enhancement releases by implementing business process maps, technical documentation, and facilitating end-user trainings
  • Assist with documenting all relevant information such as project plans, requirements, charters, etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues and stay engaged with the end users
  • Stay up-to-date on new feature sets and capabilities available to improve business practices
  • Maintain familiarity with and follow all policies, procedures and processes which have been established in order to meet compliance requirements of all applicable federal regulations. The regulations include but are not limited to the Privacy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Reg CC and Patriot Act

Who you are:

  • Required: 2+ years experience with Workday ERP configuration, reporting, business processes, security, and complex integrations
  • Required: Proficiency with Workday to actively participate in process improvement development, and determine areas for automation
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • Able to work collaboratively with project management to improve delivery and outcomes
  • Strong operational, organizational and communication skills that contribute to the overall organizational efficiencies
