Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS managing or a related department
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, DOL, environmental laws, and other EHS laws
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary | $90,000 - $110,000

• Collaborate with management and plant team to develop a proactive safety culture.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
• Coordinate programs for improving performance/safety.
• Develop and update safety and environmental policies.
• Perform audits according to federal, state, and local laws.
• Educate and mentor new hires.
• Conduct annual training.
• Assist in resolving safety work orders.
