Typical Day in the Life

A typical day in the life of an Audit Coordinator with Eide Bailly might include the following:

    Setting up new clients and maintaining existing client data in the practice management system.
  • Creating, maintaining, and uploading various reports using Excel and other practice management software.
  • Assisting auditors with scheduling employer audits and ensuring all required documents needed for audits are received from the employer in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with tracking of tax return due dates, accumulating client information for tax preparation and preparing tax input data.
  • Requesting and reviewing collective bargaining agreements.
  • Completing rate sheets for audits in progress.
  • Composing and typing routine correspondence including orders, memos, letters and reports.
  • Preparing, sending and tracking of client and third-party requests and letters.
  • Working within the department on shared administrative processing/duties as coordinated through team management.
  • Supporting the completion of various firm related processes (assurance reports, tax returns or other products).
  • Providing support to professional staff, managers and partners with integrity and professionalism.
  • Maintaining compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

This is a remote position for candidates located in the Pacific time zone.

Who You Are

  • You have a high school diploma and 3+ years of past administrative support experience.
  • You have experience working in a professional service or accounting firm (preferred).
  • You have strong organizational and customer relation skills.
  • You possess a high level of commitment to detail and data integrity.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • You can work on multiple projects at once, and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $25.00-$32.00/hour
