Pre-Suit Personal Injury Case Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced case manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others seek justice.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and review medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case
• Coordinate medical treatment and appointments for clients
• Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents
• Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records
• Provide updates and guidance to clients throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a case manager in a personal injury law firm
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
