* Previous experience in Transaction Management, Transaction Coordination, Real Estate, or Titles, highly valued

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in Developing and Managing our Social Media Profile, including Maintaining our Presence across Multiple Platforms

Understand Commercial & Residential Real Estate Contracts in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and dates

Create Timelines and Follow Up with Individuals as Needed to Ensure all Deadlines are Met

Communicate with Clients to let them Know what to Expect in Every Step Toward the Closing Process
